Customers don’t all buy the same way. A one-size-fits all approach to marketing and sales can lead to lost opportunities and sales. This workshop will provide you with ideas, information, and activities designed to help you train sales and marketing people to adapt to four different types of customers. You’ll learn how to use experiential learning to teach sales and marketing people: • the priorities and key criteria each customer type uses when making a buying decision, • techniques to quickly identify a customer’s type and adapt to their style, • type-specific ways to close the sale.
