- The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness by Stephen R. Covey
This book is worth the money just for the DVD that is included let alone the book itself. The DVD has 16 inspirtational films including many of Covey's training DVDs. Like his other books, it is a good read.
- Gutfeeling: Instinct and Spirituality @ Work by Peter Urs Bender
This book outlines how gutfeeling, defined as instinct and intuition, is as important as reason, logic, analysis and connections. He shows us how to use gutfeeling in annual meetings, balance sheeting, leadership, profit, ROI, teamwork and so much more. This is a great book for anyone wanting to hone their leadership skills.
